New Braunfels features a strong group of receivers including Lance Beeghley , Vantz Mills and Landon Marsh .The top-ranked Knights have won 16 straight regular-season games. That includes victories over No. 2 Brennan and Austin Lake Travis, a perennial state power.
Sophomore quarterback Chad Warner has passed for 1,151 yards and 10 touchdowns. Fellow sophomore Royal Capell has 32 catches for 439 yards, while big-play senior Edmarrion Contreras has 11 receptions for 208 yards.
