A summertime tradition is back in the Flower City.
A heat advisory will go into effect for Monroe, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, and Wayne Co. from noon through 8pm Thursdaywas held Wednesday at Parcel 5.
The event offers people a chance to take a break from their work day and enjoy a quick meal in downtown Rochester. The events will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month through September.
Additionally, the Game Night on the Riverway event series will kick off Thursday at the Austin Steward Plaza. The events will be packed with tabletop games, friendly competition, food trucks, drinks and live entertainment along the riverfront.
