From the goalless draw at Royal AM, the Rockets welcomed back forward Junior Traore and started Orebotse Mongae too whereas Stellies stayed unchanged from their 1-1 draw with Chippa United.
Around the half-hour nark the balance of play remained tight and compact where few amount of spaces in and around the area were presented by either team. Galaxy looked to make a fast opening to the second period and were close when a thumping strike from range by Bernard Parker worked a flying stop off goalkeeper Sage Stephens.
Both teams found decent openings minutes in with Devon Titus set to a through pass only to see Melusi Buthelezi smother, while Tshegofatso Nyama rattled the side-netting from a tight angle.
