Spurs face Galatasaray in the Europa League on Thursday, but will be without the Brazilian after he injured his hamstring during Spurs' 4-1 win against Aston Villa on Sunday.
"From the weekend, Richarlison unfortunately injured his hamstring, so I'm still getting the final information but I think he'll be out for a while," Postecoglou told reporters before Thursday's game in Istanbul.German forward Timo Werner and 17-year-old Mikey Moore were both unused substitutes against Villa, and neither player has travelled to Turkey.
All three of Tottenham’s previous meetings with Turkish opponents have been against Besiktas , most recently a 1-0 away loss in the 2014-15 UEFA Europa League.
