Oklahoma cold case detectives believe they may have identified a woman drawn tied up and gagged by the Kansas serial killer Dennis Rader, also known as BTK.

However, she said he didn't own a truck until at least the mid-1990s. However, Sullens' disappearance doesn't fit his modus operandi, according to John Kelly, a criminal profiler and psychotherapist who has interviewed serial killers.
