A Fulwood mum, whose concern for children’s safety on Black Bull Lane following an accident triggered the start of a petition, expressed her delight at hearing about new safety measures being considered.Linzi Fairclough, whose daughter now goes to Our Lady’s Catholic High School, was considering her daughter’s high school options at theAcademy and Queen’s Drive Primary School, was one of numerous seen in recent years that inspired Linzi to take action.
