Indictments have been handed down in the Georgia election probe. The Fulton County DA handed the indictments into the clerk shortly before 9 p.m. Monday.

Sources tell FOX News 10 people have been indicted by the grand jury on Monday. Kreis has followed this case closely. He says while there are some similarities between other cases this is only about Georgia. "The thing about election law crimes is that they are very often going to involve political actors or political parties or political organizations or all sorts of, you know, partisan entities," he said.
