Liverpool signed two players in the final week of the window while a number of deadline day exits were sealed.
Arne Slot and Liverpool have been patient this summer with just two transfers completed while a swathe of players have either been sold, loaned out or released. Both arrivals were secured in the final week of the window with the club adopting an ‘opportunistic’ approach in the market. Liverpool welcomed in goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili earlier this week in a £29m deal. The Georgia international will not join until 2025 and remains at Valencia for this season.
