In 2019, Hardgrove was arrested for receipt of a firearm by a person under indictment and served fifty months imprisonment, followed by a three-year term of supervised release. It Is alleged that Hardgrove violated the conditions of his supervised release after he was released by the Bureau of Prisons in November of 2024 and never reported to the U.S. Probation Office as instructed to commence his supervision.Hardgrove stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 193 pounds.
