Founder of both companies, Sam Bachman freed was sentenced to 25 years in prison and ordered to forfeit $11 billion in March. The Brazilian SEC has approved a Solana based ETF, the agency disclosed in its central database. It is the first product of its kind in Brazil and among the first Solana ETPS globally.
