<p>NEW YORK — The U.S. Federal Trade Commission sued  Pepsi  on Friday for offering preferential pricing to a larger retailer, whom a source familiar with the matter confirmed was  Walmart .
</p><p>Walmart and PepsiCo did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment.
