Many things are out of your control when on a flight, especially when there are irritating youngsters not on their best behavior. But one frustrated flyer took matters into their own hands by firmly, but kindly, putting an end to an annoying youngster kicking her seat.
writing, “I’m on a flight this kid is kicking the FAWK outta my seat. I calmly turned around looked at his parents and said one of you need to switch seats because I’m not going to tolerate 4 hours of your child kicking my seat and you NOT paying attention and properly parenting. BOOM the shock.”“The Dad said sorry and moved his child to the middle seat. Well played Pops. And yes, I realize I’m childfree in a childfilled world, but what I’m NOT gonna do is be inconvenienced by a lack of parenting,” the post read.NYC bachelor bails on first date after woman says she'll need to leave by 9:30 pm: 'Dodged a bullet'“As a parent, the first person my kid is bothering is ME. Just yesterday we were in a restaurant and my toddler started trying to scream. I immediately put my hand over her mouth and gave her the “mom voice” to hush or we’re leaving immediately. having kids doesn’t give you the right to disrespect everyone around you in public spaces,” one wrote. “As a parent of 2 tiny frequent fliers, I appreciate the way you handled the situation. Kids existing in the world does not entitle them to not be parented or mean they can do whatever they want without consequence. The consequence in this case was the child’s seat was changed,” quipped someone else. Many commenters, parents and child-free people alike chimed in under the original post, agreeing with the plane passenger’s approach.“I had this experience once, and after I calmly asked the mother to tell her child to stop, I heard her tell him when I turned back around ‘kick it harder.’ The fact that I am not on the no fly list really is a miracle,” another comment read. “You handled that PERFECTLY. Same happened to me. As I sat, I felt the kicking. Asked the FA to move me as soon as boarding was done. She came back, leaned over seat, said : I have to move this passenger because your kid is kicking And they still did nothing to stop the kicking. It was bizarre,” wrote a commenter. A social media clip with over 16 million views showed a plane window shade with overlay text that read, “POV: the kid in front of me thinks he can close MY window shade,” insinuating the little flyer was messing with her window.Austin bar shooter possibly motivated by Iran attacks, Quran found in car as FBI eyes terrorismIran's infamous ex-president who said 'Israel must be wiped off the map' killed in Israeli airstrikes Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie banned from attending Royal Ascot as parents’ disturbing ties to Jeffrey Epstein unravel: reportMark Consuelos Admits He’s “Often Thought About” Whether It’s OK To Have Sex In Front Of Your Dog
