Fruit and vegetable distributor Dole PLC DOLE, set terms for its initial public offering on Monday with plans to offer 26 million shares priced at $20 to $23 each. The company would raise $598 million at the top of that range, at a valuation of $2.1 billion.
The company has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange, under the ticker 'DOLE.' Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Davy are lead underwriters in a syndicate of seven banks underwriting the deal. Proceeds will be used to pay costs related to the transaction and to pay down debt.
