A wedding and event catering company has been handed a prestigious award for their exceptional service and culinary expertise.
David, 39, from Edenfield said: “I feel elated to have won the award and I didn’t expect it. We have only really been functioning without restrictions for a full year due to Covid. Everyone who works with me deserves the utmost respect.“It’s brilliant and I feel over the moon.” The entrepreneur, who grew up in Rawtenstall, has been a chef for 18 years and has worked in restaurants in Manchester, London and Rome.
David says the support he has received since launching the business has been phenomenal, especially from his uncle, Peter Connolly, who runs Condale Construction in Waterfoot, allowing him to take over the ground floor of the building to set up a prep kitchen.
