Despite cancelling three weeks of shows to "rest and recover" for his Glastonbury set, Capaldi struggled to get through his Saturday afternoon performance. Luckily tens of thousands of fans were there to help Capaldi sing in the most heart-warming of displays.By the end of the set, Capaldi indicated that it might be a while before he's back on stage again.
"I feel like I'll be taking another wee break over the next couple of weeks. So you probably won't see much of me for the rest of the year, maybe even," he said.
The singer wasn't going down without a fight however, leading her adoring audience through an acapella sing-a-long of her debut single Video Games before disappearing from stage.Glastonbury 2023 was the year of the cover. Lizzo took on Coldplay, rapper Aitch brought out Wonderwall.
