Based on just how many No. 1 spots on the list Boeing was able to secure, it would seem that the company is doing right by its employees. But no organization dominated the list quite like the United States Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs, the former ranking in a total of 38 states and the District of Columbia, the latter doing so in 22.
