Frisco utility rates to increase Jan. 1

Frisco residents will see an increase on their water bill beginning with their January 2023 bill. Water, sewer and solid waste rates will increase for Frisco residents beginning with their January utility bill. Frisco City Council approved the new rates on Sept. 20 for residential and commercial utility accounts.
