PARIS: French telecoms operators will exercise greater discipline allocating internet bandwidth from Monday as France braces for a surge in the number of people working from home, the industry lobby’s chief said on Sunday. “We’re entering an exceptional phase which brings us to take a close look at the peaks to which we have become accustomed,” Arthur Dreyfuss, the head of France’s telecoms lobby FFT, told Reuters by telephone.
