FREMONT — A Fremont tech and industrial park has landed a big Texas real estate firm as a buyer in a deal that shows rising property values for the site despite a post-coronavirus economic landscape that can be hazardous.
The vast Tesla electric vehicle factory is located a few miles away. The area is dotted with an array of tech and advanced manufacturing companies. CBRE brokers Thomas Taylor, Robbie Taylor, Matthew Taylor and Craig Bevan were marketing the buildings for sale.
