For Austin, Colorado, Polk and Waller counties temperatures can drop as low as 32°, for our far northern counties Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Madison, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker and Washington counties temperatures can drop as low as 30°.Make sure to wear your coats Wednesday! The sub-freezing temperatures are most likely from 3-6AM. This means we could be below freezing for 2-3 hours. This should not do damage to pipes, but it could damage sensitive plants.
