TEXARKANA, Ark. – The Twin City Music Festival rocked downtown Texarkana on Saturday at the stage in front of Hopkins Icehouse from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The Recovery Road Productions and Omega Entertainment event was free, and all proceeds will benefit the Literacy Council of Bowie and Miller Counties.

The streets were blocked off and eight fantastic bands from around the area including Honey, the Heavy Letdowns, and Hailey Wright and the Wrong, to name a few.VIP tents were set up for reserved seats for Prather for a $150 donation to Literacy Texarkana.
