A woman is accused of interfering in a federal drug investigation after she allegedly leaked information she found while cleaning the Franklin County SWAT offic

While cleaning, she allegedly saw a picture of her cousin, Charles Allen, who had an active federal warrant for his arrest in connection with a DEA investigation into fentanyl and cocaine distribution. The source pointed to Kelley, who reportedly admitted to the sheriff's office's Special Investigations Unit that she saw her cousin's file on a deputy's desk and sent pictures of it to Allen's girlfriend on Dec. 7.
A DEA agent wrote that the leaked file helped Allen evade capture for approximately 48 days. Kelley was charged with Obstructing, Influencing, and Impeding an Official Proceeding on March 7 and arrested on March 12.
