France prepares to reopen for business on Monday as Emmanuel Macron declares 'first victory' against coronavirus
President announces an end to restrictions for French bars, restaurants, cafes. There will also be a return for schools, colleges and nurseries in a week's time. Social distancing will still be expected, along with masks on public transport.
