Duterte emphasized that Quiboloy and his co-respondents were accused of committing crimes but have not been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt so far. The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group and Special Action Force swooped down on the KOJC compound in Buhangin District and other properties of the controversial pastor here on Monday, June 10, to serve the arrest warrant.Lawyer Israelito Torreon, legal counsel of the KOJC, said in an interview via SMNI that police forcibly entered and destroyed the gate of the Glory Mountain even though they did not have a search warrant.

He said that three KOJC members were handcuffed because they allegedly had machetes. He added that Glory Mountain is in rural areas and those handcuffed were farmers.
