A four-year old girl died after she drowned in a river in Barangay San Agustin, Isabela, Negros Occidental on Thursday, Nov. 10.
BACOLOD CITY — Capt. Joseph Partidas, Isabela police chief, said the victim went to the river with her sibling to swim.
Her older brother and their other companions searched for her until she was found floating in the river three hours later.
