The blazes were started at two separate addresses in the city on Monday, March 11.
The 13-year-olds were charged in connection with a blaze at The Green at around 12.40pm on Monday, March, 11. Cops and Scottish and the Fire Rescue Service were alerted to the fire and as a result, Union Street in the city was closed for around two hours.
