Before moving to Iowa from Buford, Ga., this spring, Brooks built a strong relationship with Georgia and the Bulldogs were considered the leaders by On3’s prediction machine in March. But once Brooks moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he attends Kennedy High School, he became tight with Iowa’s staff. He attended the season opener last week.
