Four men were shot in Oakland between Friday evening and early Saturday.
OAKLAND — Four men were wounded, one after he was robbed, in three shootings between Friday evening and early Saturday in different areas of the city, authorities said.The robbery-related shooting happened just before 6 p.m. Friday in the 3400 block of Fruitvale Avenue in the Dimond district.
The man said he gave the suspects his cell phone and other items. As they walked away the man told police he got out of his vehicle and tried to chase them and was shot in the foot. He took himself to a hospital. One of the men is 46. The age of the other man was not available. Police have not said if the men knew each other.
