Four men have been charged in the overdose death of “The Wire” actor Michael K. Williams
, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York said Wednesday.
The men are accused of being part of a drug-trafficking organization. The ring has been operating in the Williamsburg neighborhood of the New York City borough of Brooklyn and selling heroin laced with fentanyl, a powerful synthetic opioid, Damian Wiliams, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, said in a statement.
