Froilan Guzman-Velasquez, Erik Gonzales-Lopez, Randy Lopez-Benitez and Hector Manue Lopez-Najera were arrested on Aug. 31, 2022 and charged with aggravated kidnapping.– San Antonio police arrested four men on Wednesday who are accused of kidnapping a teenager for ransom.
Froilan Guzman-Velasquez, 30, Erik Gonzales-Lopez, 18, Randy Lopez-Benitez, 23, and Hector Manue Lopez-Najera, 23, are charged with aggravated kidnapping.Police were called to the 1800 block of Bandera Road just before 11 p.m. on Tuesday for a reported kidnapping. A family member told police they had received a call that their 17-year-old relative had been taken. The caller demanded money and said the victim would be harmed if the relative didn’t comply.
Police were informed that the suspects were near West Martin and North Zarzamora. Officers arrested all four men at that location.Also on KSAT:
