Damien Marshall, Andrew Michaelson, Laura Harris, and Leigh Nathanson gave notice at BSF on Thursday, according to two people with direct knowledge of the matter. "We were thinking about opportunities in the marketplace and King & Spalding just separated itself from all the other firms we were looking at," said Marshall.
