Seconds after introducing herself, Boyd blew everyone away with a rendition of Coldplay’s hit song “Yellow.” The crowd gave her a standing ovation. She even got the critical Simon Cowell to his feet and left him close to speechless.

The YouTube video of her audition has 2.2 million views and it sits on the front page of’s channel. It’s not the first time she has found success singing Coldplay for a virtual audience.
