Any student from pre-K to 12th grade at any recognized educational institution in North Texas can borrow Fort Worth Public Library books without cost, regardless of their residency status. They can obtain a Non-Resident Student library card from any Fort Worth Public Library location, which also provides access to digital content and physical materials
