Around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Bradshaw pushed a woman from his vehicle near the 7600 block of Osbun Street, police Chief Neil Noakes said in a video shared by the department. As the woman was running away, Bradshaw accelerated and struck her before driving away, Noakes said. Video released by police shows a woman running on a street and into the front yard of a house. A white vehicle jumps the curb and strikes her.
