A Fort Worth man was arrested Monday in connection with the slaying of two teenagers at a North Richland Hills home that morning, police said Tuesday. Anthony Aponte, 17, died from a gunshot wound to the head and neck and was pronounced dead at the home, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.
Williams became a person of interest early in the investigation and detectives conducted surveillance at his home, police said. As Williams was leaving his house, Fort Worth police attempted a traffic stop that resulted in a short chase, North Richland Hills police said.
