Fort Capital has acquired Blossom Business Park, an eight-building, Class B industrial complex at 12005 Starcrest Drive just north of the San Antonio airport. It's the Fort Worth-based industrial investment firm's third property in the area and is the largest at 465,000 square feet.

It's yet another sign of the strength of the local industrial market, which is garnering attention from investors around the country.
