Emanuel had a stellar senior year as Ridge Point finished 11-2, including the District 20-6A championship and two playoff wins. He completed 60 percent of his passes for 2,655 yards, 31 touchdowns and zero interceptions. The Central Michigan signee also led the Panthers in rushing with 1,030 yards and 15 touchdowns.
Williams, who signed with Florida, helped lead a dominant unit that averaged 54.7 points and 392.5 yards per game, including 260.7 rushing at 13.5 yards per carry. Hightower senior linebacker Julian Payne made 5A honorable mention after helping to lead the Hurricanes to their best season in a decade. The Kilgore College signee had a team-high 89 tackles, along with 17 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, an interception, two fumble recoveries, three forced fumbles and kick return touchdown. Hightower finished 11-3 with a regional final appearance while allowing 16.7 points per game with four shutouts.
Region III-6A champion Ridge Point landed four on the TXSWA volleyball team, with senior middle blocker Alexis Roberson, junior outside hitter Sydney Jordan, senior setter Nina Moorer and senior libero Nylah Raspberry making the list in 6A. George Ranch outside hitter Avery Shimaitis earned a second-team all-state spot after a tremendous senior season. The Pepperdine signee recorded 694 kills, as well as a team-high 51 aces, 362 digs and 99 blocks.
