Former Chicago White Sox executive vice president Kenny Williams and his wife sold their three-bedroom condo in Park Tower for $2.8 million.
Williams played for several Major League Baseball teams, including the Sox, for parts of six seasons. After his playing career ended, he joined the team as a scout in 1992 and worked his way up in the front office. Sambolin was an anchor for WMAQ-Channel 5 from 2002 until 2011 and again from 2014 until 2021. She also spent two years with CNN in New York.
The couple first listed the condo in September for $2.95 million. They cut their asking price to $2.795 million in February.
