Edward Enninful adds 'designer' to his list of many talents with his new Moncler line, with couture-inspired silhouettes and luxe leather bucket hats.
It’s hard to believe it, but New York Fashion Week is again upon us. With so many brands showing either abroad or off-schedule, the week needed a major moment. Enter former Vogue UK EIC Edward Enninful with his debut collection for.

One piece, a trench coat, comes with a removable outer puffer that can be removed and carried like a backpack thanks to interior straps.Lensed by photographer Tyler Mitchell and starring model Adut Akech, the striking campaign offers a masterclass in staying chic in the harshest of elements, be it a blizzard or a sandstorm. “Like Tyler, Adut is someone I have worked with since they were just starting out,” Enninful tells. “She has this incredible strength of spirit, and her beauty just radiates. She immediately captured the woman we are designing for; resilient, independent, and innovative.” “Working with Moncler has allowed me to push the boundaries of my creativity,” says Enninful. “With this collection, I wanted to combine the codes of the house with my own vision, imagining an extreme new world with a glamorous hero at its center.” Indeed, the industry has been anxiously awaiting Enninful’s every post-Vogue move.
