Former Florida Governor and U.S. Senator Bob Graham passed away on Tuesday
“We are deeply saddened to report the passing of a visionary leader, dedicated public servant, and even more importantly, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather: Bob Graham,” the statement said.
Graham, a longtime Democrat, was first elected governor of Florida in 1979. He served two terms as governor. He was then elected to the U.S. Senate, where he served from 1987 to 2005.
