As WeWork prepares to go public, it's taken a major hit to its valuation — a hit that former Twitter CEO Dick Costolo pins to its self-dealing CEO.
Former Twitter CEO Dick Costolo called out WeWork CEO Adam Neumann in a profile of Neumann published Wednesday in the Wall Street Journal. "The degree of self-dealing," Costolo said Neumann,"is so egregious, and it comes at a time when you've got regulators and politicians and folks across the country looking out at Silicon Valley and wondering if there's the appropriate level of self-awareness.
