Former state trooper found guilty of assaulting two women while on duty
Lee Ray Boykin Jr. is a former State Trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety. A criminal complaint alleges he deprived two separate victims of their right to bodily integrity.A former law enforcement officer was found guilty Friday of assaulting two women while on duty.assaulting two women during the summer of 2020,“My office is firmly committed to ensuring the civil rights of every person in the Southern District of Texas,” said U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani in a news release.
He then falsely accused her of being a prostitute and threatened to take her to jail and forced her to perform oral sex on him, said in a news release.Evidence of the crime such as Boykin’s DNA in the parking lot and the victim’s DNA on his underwear was shown to the jury, authorities said. He then falsely accused her of having outstanding traffic warrants and ordered her to perform oral sex on him in a secluded parking lot, said in a news release.
