Former high-flying Jax IT exec pleas guilty to tax evasion

on three counts of wire fraud and one count of illegal monetary transaction. The counts refer to three transfers of about $5,500 each and an $11,630 purchase of a gold Rolex watch using"criminally derived" funds.

In September, the government changed the charge to one count of tax evasion, saying Cory concealed “sources and amounts of his true and correct income by causing payments of illegitimate income to be made to a bank account held in the name of a shell company he controlled.”
