WESTLAKE, Ohio - A former Tier I sex offender faces new charges after an incident involving children at a Westlake park, according to investigators.
Westlake Police Cpt. Gerald Vogel says police received two different calls on April 13 that the 61-year-old man was playing with children and was acting suspiciously while at the Bradley Woods Metroparks. Vogel says one caller described the man had identified himself as a “teacher in body language”, which is when the Metroparks Police Department took a sex crime report.
