The ex-GOP official said he was 'exhausted' by people refusing to adhere to COVID-19 rules amid the ongoing pandemic.
Speaking to MSNBC last night, Steele said:"I'm exhausted. I'm exasperated. You know, at this point it's like, save who you can save, because there's only so much you can do, there's only so much you can say.
He later added that he was"exhausted" with President Donald Trump and his administration, which he argued had done"jack" about the coronavirus pandemic."In the face of what see happening on college campuses right now, as we turn into fall, we all knew this was coming," Steele said."And yet, this administration had done jack about it."
As the infection and deaths statistics have continued to rise, President Trump has repeatedly promised to deliver a COVID-19 vaccine before the end of this year and bring life back to some form of normality.contradicted the president's timeline "If you're asking me when is it going to be generally available to the American public so we can begin to take advantage of vaccine to get back to our regular life, I think we're probably looking at late second quarter, third quarter 2021," he told lawmakers.
