Starting Titans quarterback Will Levia has dealt with a shoulder injury and leads the NFL in turnovers through six weeks.
Rudolph had to take over for Levis after his initial injury and led the Titans to their only win of the season. Tennessee has a top-five defense by most metrics, but Levis' turnovers have sunken the offense too often.
