The other victim was said to be a 72-year-old woman who was also hospitalized with serious injuries. Vasey, who played for the Nittany Lions from 2014 to 2018, was said to still be at risk of death or permanent dismemberment following multiple surgeries, CBS Colorado reported. DCSO said a witness at the scene followed Bauserman's vehicle and provided dispatch with updates until deputies arrived and arrested him.
