Eriks Fricsons, 52, was indicted Friday on more than 80 charges, including 40 counts of sexual battery and 40 counts of pandering sexual oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person.
FAIRBORN, Ohio — A former high school ROTC instructor accused of sex crimes involving a juvenile student is now facing more than 80 criminal charges, according to reports.
Fricsons is a former ROTC instructor at Fairborn High School, but he resigned after he was arrested earlier this month,. Officials with the school district tell WDTN they are cooperating with the investigation.
