Former New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch is selling his swanky beachfront pad in the British Virgin Islands for a cool $15.9 million.
The sprawling 6,000-square-foot estate, located in the luxe Oil Nut Bay resort community, boasts six bedrooms, two kitchens and six outdoor showers.What’s more, the sale includes all the plush furnishings and a pair of golf carts for getting around Oil Nut Bay’s hilly terrain.We’re retired sisters and live on $44K a year in France — buying a house abroad was cheaper than the USLynch and his wife, Dr. Susan Lynch, a retired pediatrician, have been regulars on Virgin Gorda since the ’90s.
“We don’t use it as much as we could, and we want to travel,” said Lynch, who previously led furniture giant Knoll. The couple recently ticked off a bucket-list trip to Africa.
