The NYPD is searching for two suspects who opened fire on a crowd in Queens, killing 24-year-old Jabeon Bivins.
Police say 24-year-old Jabeon Bivins of Hempstead, Long Island was shot in the head on Redfern Avenue inThe surveillance video shows innocent bystanders running for cover as bullets fly.The motive for the shooting is currently unclear.
